No “presentations” button

I have watched and read many tutorials and they all have mentioned a “presentations ” button. My page is missing it.

I have also made a obout a dozen attempts, oflloring tutorials to upload themes to no avail. I unzip with winzip, i am using filezilla, my control panel is vdeck, the sql is phpmyadmin and mysql and my os is vista pro

Does anyone have any ideas what going wrong?
