Multisite subdomain

I have a site:

http://www.site1.com

I already have a multisite within:

http://www.site1.com/siteA

I want to create a multisite within:

http://www.site1.com/siteB

I’ve added the multisite enable code to wp-config, and proceeded to go to Tools > Network

I just want to make sure that when I click install, it’s not going to bother anything that’s going on with siteA

Is that correct?
