MRSS feed?

I have several video based sites and was told that mrss would certainly improve my indexing on yahoo and google. I could only find one single wordpress plugin for mrss, i’ve installed it but it doesn’t give me the address for the mrss feed and contains very little information in terms of instructions. How is it possible to get a mediarss pumping out of my sites that I can provide to google webmasters for example.
