After using Redirection plugin, I've decided to just use the .htaccess file to do my redirections. (For anybody interested, it's so easy to do and allows me to organize my redirections in a way that I could not through the plugin.)
I see files in my database that I probably don't now need, that are probably just taking up space.
What I see is:
wp_redirection_groups
wp_redirection_items
wp_redirection_logs
wp_redirection_modules
May I, should I, delete those four?
Thank you.

Unfortunately, Urban Giraffe, who developed this plugin, isn't doing any more support!
so I would really appreciate if somebody from WordPress would help me out here....Do I go into the MySQU database and just delete those four files???
Thanks.

In the end, I just deleted those four files from my sql database and no problem. Everything is working properly and I've saved a lot of server space.
