Menu issues

I need to know how to display the 3rd level part of the drop down menu if anyone can help?

At the moment when I scroll over the menu item, if there is a third level they appear at the bottom of the 2nd level list. I’d like it to appear directly under the menu item or as a separate sub menu to the side?

Also, there is a second delay when the drop down is activiated, part of it is displayed before the rest is – can anyone help?
