make video

Not a wordpress problem but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

How do you make a video, that only shows the dashboard and the arrow pointing to what you are showing.

Basically The same as the wordpress tutorial videos that you see on youtube

I need to make a video to show my readers what my site is about and how they can access the features on it.
