Login error message

Some of the installation went as planned. When I attempt to login I get the following.
PHP Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘E:\USERS\Dataimage\www\Dataimage\Blog/admin.php’ (include_path=’.;c:\php5′) in E:\USERS\Dataimage\www\Dataimage\Blog\wp-admin\admin.php on line 12What and where do I enter the above?
