install.php missing

    I just installed WordPress 2.9.2, and tried to follow the 5-minute installation guide.

    However, I noticed that my install.php is missing (in the wp-admin folder). I used GoDaddy Hosting Connection to install my WordPress blog.

    Kindly help me on this. All I see is install-helper.php, but it gives a “Error establishing a database connection” error.

    Download a fresh copy of WordPress. FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and re-upload the entire wp-admin folder.
