Installing theme problems

hi guys. please dont tell me to find the authors of the the theme.
I cant find a contact.

here is the deal. i have been at this for 2 days. i have put my time in and now i am reaching out for help. i bought a theme from theme forest.net

I am using godaddy to try and ftp the theme
I built a directory (but didnt know to do subs) so all the files are in the new directory.

is there a quick way to get these unzipped files to where they need to go. i was just copy and uploading them in the new directory folder.

after many many attemps i was able to get the theme to show up in wordpress,but when i acitivated it i got all these codes. http://www.mainedigitalmedia.com

What in god names happe

Do i need to start all over and bang my head against the wall, or am i close.

please help…I am really starting to get frustrated.
