installation problem table missing

i tried to install it but on step 2 it told me there was problems with my data base, it resolved some of them but there’s still a table missing.

it showed me that at the end, asking me to post it here :
wp_usermeta: Table 'flighty_temptress.wp_usermeta' doesn't exist
