I am trying to install the blog stuff on my server and got everything uploaded as far as I can tell, and followed the installation instructions. When I opened install.php, I got the following errors:

Warning: main(/home/prairier/www/www/blog/wp-includes/wp-db.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/prairier/www/www/blog/wp-settings.php on line 72

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/prairier/www/www/blog/wp-includes/wp-db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/prairier/www/www/blog/wp-settings.php on line 72

What can I do to fix it???
    Thanks,
    Kat

Hmm. Why do you have twice the /www/ directory in that path?
Where did you create your "blog" directory? Are you sure it is in the right place?

That is the way my server set it up...since I also have someone with a subdomain...my domain is *www* and anything in it's directory has 2 *www's* in the path...

Sorry, I meant to include this to show you what I meant...
In file manager this appears at the top of the page...

    FILE MANAGER
    Location: /www/www

That is just how they designate my main directory....

Well, if the path is OK, then check that you have the wp-db.php file and its size is not zero!
(To be on the safe side I'd upload a new, fresh copy of the wp-includes folder)

File size is fine....new copy and old are identical...

I believe you though the error message in your OP shows the script cannot find the wp-db.php file at the expected location. Which means something is wrong.

I am trying, my friend, we just have to figure out what exactly is wrong.
What HandySolo and I suggested for checking out are the most common causes for errors like yours. I'd say in 90% of the cases they helped.
If you want I can take a look at it if you eamil me with your access info.
