dodgydagoI'm not very savvy with all this or html... and English's not my first language...
I want to insert very simple forms on a page of my WP blog/website to allows people to insert name and addresses and other data regarding aplication for membership of a club and print the form to be posted. another form will print a lable or envelope.
I'm sure is really easy or even better there's a plug in that automats the task. But I'm not sure if they are called forms or fields and how to generate them and place them on the page. Any help most appreciated.
