I am working on changing a site someone else set up. It has a "splash" page. I found the index_root page and made the necessary changes and uploaded. It does not change.

Posted 1 year ago #My real questions is where does the file live? I found it in the "blog" folder but it would seem it should be outside of that area...? Maybe this is why I'm not seeing the changes.
