I was wondering if it was possible to have images in your posts to appear as Grayscale images, and then went hover over, it would appear in color. I've been trying to find image effects, but I cannot seem to find any that work.

check out dynamicdrive.com (or http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/index.html) and hotscripts.com - there are TONS of image and text effects there you can use.
