iframe Issue

I have been using iframes for some time with my Amazon associates program. After I launched 3.0, all the posts that I had insert the iframes into had those iframes wiped entirely. Unfortunately, the data’s gone now and irretrievable.

However, I thought everything was fine as I was posting them the last few weeks. Until this one. Earlier today, I posted the regular article with them in it, but by the afternoon, the iframes had been deleted. I didn’t update anything or change anything and so I have no idea why they would suddenly be erased. I have since re-added the iframes to the post, but I want to avoid this situation in the future.

Has anyone had this experience before? I use a modified old version of Lightword (before the subthemes) and so I don’t know if that’s partially the problem or not.
