How do I sort Posts?

    I would like to sort/rearrange/order my posts in WordPress.
    I’ve posted several posts that I would like to sort in a different order, but do not know how to do this.

    To illustrate what I mean please see here.
    I would like the article Niche 1 – General Entertainment Blogging to be listed on top and Niche 2 – Film Blogging as number two.

    Posts are normally sorted by date … newest one on top.
    If you want to switch around some posts simple change the date and time.
    Your theme does not even show the specific hour a post was posted, so just change it to your liking.
