   Hi,

   Recently there has been quite a lot of downtime at hostmonster. Every other day their server is down for 8-10 hours.

   Yesterday also same thing happened. Now once they restored their server, to my surprise all the files in my account were replaced by my older backup files.

   I am running wordpress on most of the sites. Now when I open my blogs, I get the following error -
   Warning: Unknown: open(/tmp/sess_a8c878b93b67dce727280b5658985589, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

   Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct () in Unknown on line 0

   I contacted the support at hostmonster, but they didn't help and said it's a script's issue i.e wordpress.

   Can anyone help please.

   Download backups of all your files and databases (if you haven't already) and then find a new web host.
