no err. i know how to use the scrollbar-trackcolor and all tags.. but when i place them into the layoutb2/wp-layout.css files they just dont show up on the index.php..
Umm…. the wp-layout.css goes in the blog root folder. I’d make sure that the link is correct in the template. Also, this is something that only works w/ IE.

tried that but doesnt work.. hahha
yeap i know it only works wiht IE..
i have seen colored scrollbars in Opera. :S
You’re not trying to put it on the default index.php are you? Coloured scrollbars don’t work in XHTML.
In IE they work but you have to apply the CSS to html instead of body.
