help setting up wordpress

With all the technical stuff flying around..I must be the only one that does not follow! I would like assistance with setting up wordpress. I have written content for a small website (about 10 pages) and would like to get it up. You will be paid for your work. Preferably this person is reliable and in Vancouver, Canada.
