Hardcode Menu Selection

I’m using the plugin “Any Mobile Theme Switcher” to switch the theme displayed for mobile users. And it works well, but I have a problem with my mobile theme.

Basically, when you enable a theme you can select which menu is used in Appearance – Menus. But the theme that is used for the mobile devices is not “Active”, so the menu selection isn’t “saved” for that theme. How would I go about hard-coding the menu selection into the theme files themselves? All I want it to do is use the same menu as the active theme.
