    I have problem with Google Analytics plugin. I installed plugin on my blog, but in my Google Analytics account I getting the message “Tracking not installed.”

    When I look at source code, Google Analytics tracking script is in the header of my pages instead directly in front of </body> tag.
    Where could be a problem. Here is my blog address

    Hey gradina, I had the same issue and I just solved it.

    What I did was to deactivate the plugin you have in wordpress (just in case) and insert the google analytics tracking code in the footer, just before </body>, after you do that, go back to google analytics, analytics settings, then click the edit link button next to the profile and then select Check Status. And you have it, it’ll tell you your code was successfully installed.

    Hope it helps… and I just realized you sent this 4 months ago but people with the same issue could be looking for answers so I thought I’d post this anyway 😀
