Fatal errors

I have received this two fatal errors. One inside the WordPress Development Blog text box and and the other in the Plugins text box.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72148 bytes) in /home/tecnoblo/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 529

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15502 bytes) in /home/tecnoblo/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 965

Can someone tell me if this is a reason to be worried?
