   I am trying to host wordpress at webhostingpad.com but keep getting this error (Fatal error: Call to undefined function site_url() in get2vote.com/wordpress/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 52) whenever I try to access it.

   The only thing I have changed is the Theme to Carrington blog because I needed the 3 Columns but this partly work (home page fine but links failed)

   What have I done wrong

   Try re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
