• I am getting an error message and can no longer access wordpress or my website:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /data/12/1/115/36/1115199/user/1175252/htdocs/wordpress1/wp-content/themes/u-design/udesign_options_page.php on line 2842

    I have been to numerous forums and followed their directions but nothing seems to work. I cannot currently access wordpress at all as every time I try I get that fatal error message so I have to do it through my host-network solutions file manager. Does anyone know where I am supposed to add this php file? Apparently I am supposed to create a php.ini file and add the code:
    memory_limit = 64M
    output_buffering = 2048

    and then put that somewhere. I tried adding it to cgi-bin as one forum said, but that causes a 505 error. I tried adding it to the wp-admin but that had no effect. Unfortunately I am pretty clueless with this kind of stuff and Network solutions refuses to help me.

    Thanks for any help!
