FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes.
Hello Esmi,
Thanks so much for your reply . You mean I have to delete the whole wp-content/themes? the whole thing ? so sorry for asking 🙁
Here’s what the whole error message , I hope you can help me!
Sweet thanks in advance
* Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/ocean29/public_html/wp-content/themes/TheFurnitureStore/includes/headers/header_contents.php on line 95
I believe that you may only want to delete this folder: TheFurnitureStore
Don’t delete the entire themes directory, just the – “TheFurnitureStore” theme. When you log back in to your site, WordPress should go back to using the default theme. If the site still seems blank at first, try this url to log in with.
//www.yoursite.com/wp-login.php
Hello ClaytonJames ,
Thanks so much for your time but TheFurnitureStore is the ONLY theme that I would like to use.
Much appreciated ,
Kindly, Van
TheFurnitureStore is the ONLY theme that I would like to use.
Okay, I understand that, however it appears that the theme itself is what is causing your problem:
just installed the template, it gave me the fatal error in my header_content.php, none of my contains in on the site
/TheFurnitureStore/includes/headers/header_contents.php on line 95
[edit] I just realized that the theme you are trying to set up appears to be one you would have purchased. Perhaps you might get support for fixing the theme on whatever site you purchased it from. (Theme Forrest?) Make sure to mention your error message when you contact them.
[re-edit] It appears you already have a support thread and request going over there.
Good luck to you!
