Exec-PHP sidebar problem

    Ok,

    I’m using Exec-php to use php in my post.

    I Disabled the WYSIWYG rich editor
    I Disabled “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically”

    In my post I’m using
    <?php include(“go/usethisfile.php”);?>

    After adding this to a page or a post it looks and works fine until the page gets refreshed. After the page is refreshed my sidebar is not found. Please help
