Errors since updating

    Hellooooo

    For some reason since I updated the plugin my business directory has stopped showing individual listings. When you click through it just brings up a blank page.

    Also users are now unable to upload their own images – it tells them that their file is not a picture file.

    The site is currently in maintenance mode as it is being developed but we can’t get to the bottom of these errors.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Laura,

    What version did you upgrade from? Was it an older version? It doesn’t sound like you upgraded from 2.1.6.1, which we’ve had few problem reports from so far.

    The image issue makes me think you might be running Jetpack–do you have that running? Their 2.0.4 version had many conflicts with other plugins. Check that. If you find that’s not the cause, try eliminating a plugin conflict with something else: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

    If you upgraded from an older version and you did template overrides in your theme, those may actually be causing the issue now (we fixed some integration in 2.1-ish to enhance our look and feel and make it more integrated in the theme with less work). Try removing those old templates and try it again, that may help as well.
