Error

I uploaded all the files, edited the config file, but when I try to run the install script I get the following error:
SQL/DB Error:
[Table ‘slip.wp_options’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT option_name, option_value FROM wp_options
Any idea what is wrong and what can cause this? :-\
