   Hello,
   I am using IE9 and when I try to add edit a ticket, the screen turns light purple and the popup box shows faded and can not be edited.

   does it work perfectly at other browser OR do you also try it at lower ie version?

   Worked on FF but not in IE9, I dont have IE8 or below.

   sounds like a theme/plugin conflict to me
