Excuse me if you don't understand all my words but i'm french and i've a little skill in english language :)
After the install of WordPress (Last Version), he ask me to allow yourself at the database for repair it.
But a probleme is present and here is the line of error, sorry because it's french :s

The wp_term_relationships table is okay.
The wp_commentmeta table is okay.
