Customizable Image Header

Hi, I just recently switched over from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and I’m using the K2 + JS Theme V2 but for some reason it’s not letting me create a custom image header. What am I doing wrong? Also, what happened to my blog at knowxone.com? Did it get erased? My new blog is over at knowxone.com/blog. Please let me know!!!
