Custom Variables

    Is it possible to have a set of variables in the admin section, then use those variables in a theme. For example if I had 5 sites running the same theme, but I needed the city and state to be different for each, could I have some sort of variable for each in the admin section of each site, so that I wouldn’t have to change the theme for every site?
