CSS Trouble

Im new to CSS and am having alot of problems at once.
first in this blog (www.blog.op-design.com) i would like to use that template
i uploaded the exact same files he did
used the exact same codes ,but when i view mine the calendar and search function is gone.
any ideas on what i did wrong?
