Cool Customization

I’m a volunteer working on a blog for a non-profit. (ramseyantidrug.com) They’ve selected the autumn-forrest theme and would like for a certain page (ie http://ramseyantidrug.com/?page_id=35) to display a photo frame or tv image around a video embed. They want to be able to display a motivational video in a clean frame, like the sidebar photo. I’ve never modified a page background other than changing its color. Greatly appreciate your help….
