    Hi

    I run a small fitness website and I am interested in using wordpress for my blog, but also I would like to use it for comments on the individual workout pages such as this one

    http://www.cameroncaine.co.uk/workouts/3.html

    so people can comment on the individual workouts.
    Is this easy to implememnt – keeping the same style as my site, and cacn I do it without disturbing the rest of the website.

    Why don’t you just roll those static pages as “pages” in WordPress? Then people can comment on the pages using the WordPress commenting system.
