    I just installed Kittens SPam words and laughing lizards new 3 strike plugin and now when anyone tries to post they get a page that says, “You can only post one every 10 seconds. SLow down cowboy” This happens even after 10 seconds and disabling the plugins doesn’t correct it? Ideas?

    I would get in touch with both the plugin authors directly.
    The slow down cowboy line is wordpress’ own, I guess. It could be that either plugin changed some option or something.
    Shoot emails to Mark and Kitten..
