   i need help to know what setting should to be for each directory in my wordpress site
   i search for a plug in to check it but i dont find it
   and thanks

   For security purposes, each directory should be set to 755.

   all of them ?
   i can update any plugin and i know its related to permission
   and i set it to 755 from day 1

   Yes, directories should be 755 and files should be 644. If you want directories and files to be writeable, they should be 777 and 666.
