Changing Navigation Menu

    Hello All-

    I am in the midst of making the switch from JOOMLA to WORDPRESS and I am getting caught up on something I am certain is a simple fix

    The site I am building is http://www.salvospeak.com

    My questions are:

    1. How do I alter the navigation menu at the top of the page to take the categories off? I would actually like to list them under the “Topics” Page

    2. Is it possible to create links to all the posts by a particular author?
