CHANGE_SUBHEADER

Hi
All,
In my header page i have 5 link(PAGE) as main page of my site
LINK1(HOME) LINK2(PORFoLIO) LINK3(NEWS) LINK4 LINK5

Now in each page the new sub header will be designed by the designer so i have return the code imagine that

PRTFOLIO PAGE HAS ID “http://localhost/wordpress/?page_id=3” at that time i want to visible another sub header

NEWS PAGE HAS ID “http://localhost/wordpress/?page_id=4” based on user click the sub header will generate so i have return the code below but it’s not working
