   when installing WP on my server, i encountered this error message:

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /mounted-storage/home11/sub002/sc16797-RVOJ/theblob.co.il/wp-config.php:1) in /mounted-storage/home11/sub002/sc16797-RVOJ/theblob.co.il/wp-admin/install.php on line 18

   any clue, anyone?

   Yes you have a blank line or space somewhere.
   Re-do wp-configsample.php or download another one.

   strangely enough, it was the encoding of this file (had to change it from utf-8 to ANSI).
