Bare minimum theme

Since she doesn’t want all the features of WordPress, I cannot submit to Themes directory. But if you want, you can download it from here: here

Please give me any suggestions or comments, I still have to keep it as simple as possible for my friend but I would love it, if I can meet demands of much larger audience.
