Allowing Multisite Problem

    Hello,

    I was able to install WP 3.1.
    Now I’d like to enable\allow Multisite cababilities.
    I performed the edit in Step 3: Allow Multisite, restarted all services but I do NOT see the “Network Admin” menu item.
    What did I miss …?
