Admin-Side Dropdowns not working

    I hadn’t made a post on my blog in a few days, and when I went to make a post today, a number of things on my admin side aren’t responding at all.

    The types of things that are not working are working are all quick-edit or dropdown menu items; all things that make little edits or whatnot while staying on the page. The type of things that DO work still are any buttons or anything that loads up a new page (or submits the current page, like a post). I’m using a modified theme (charlene), but switching to the other built-in themes doesn’t resolve the issue or change it in any way.

    To clarify, when I click these things (let’s say the Screen Options tab) nothing happens. My browser’s URL updates appending “#screen-options-wrap”, but there is no other response.

    I’m running OS X 10.7, and I’ve checked on Firefox, Safari and Chrome, to no avail.

    Can anyone help me?
