Admin Per Post Notes ?

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to post notes that are specific to individual posts / pages

I’ve found a few admin notes plugins, but they are either separate from the pages/posts, or there is only a single notepad that is shared by all pages/posts.

Anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to put information up on each page/post so that my clients can have any special instructions for that page?
