Adding widgets off sidebar

    Hi there

    I can not for the life of me figure out how to add widgets to my blog outside of the right hand sidebar, that is where they default to.

    I tried to figure it out by reading some posts on here but I can not understand it at all LOL

    Can someone please try to explain it in laymans terms for me , I am not totally useless when it comes to computers BUT I am also not into much of this code talk either

    It all depends on how your theme is coded and what options you have for your widgets as some themes have footer area where you add widgets.

    Esmi , I wish it did , unfortunately it is all foreign to me.

    Im hoping I can edit my theme to be able to add the widgets elsewhere, which is probably what that link is explaining, I just , unfortunately, need a clearer explanation 🙁 I feel so dumb

    please start by posting more information, such as the name and download link of your theme, and a more detailed description of where you want to add the widgets, etc.

    without these details, it is not really possibly to give an easier explanation than the one given in the linked ref.
