I am trying to add a plug-in to help me have a newsletter subscriber's box on my sidebar, but I can't find the plug-in's option on my dashboard - help! Any suggestions?

You cannot add plugins to a wordpress.com site. Also, these forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only. Please try asking any future questions on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/
