I’ve spent 2 days searching these forums for an answer to this and found nothing that’s worked.

Basically, I’m trying to add some flash games to my blog. My options are either javascript or an iFrame and both are rendered as code (even with the visual editor disabled). I’ve tried plugins such as You Can Javascript, Text Control, and a few others but none do as they claim to (Text Controls box doesn’t even appear on the post/page edit page, and none of the settings seem to relate to it). I’m simply adding one piece of code to a single page within wordpress, so I fear messing about with headers will only cause more issues in the long run.

Does anyone know of a way round this??

    Cheers,

    LJ

UPDATE: It now seems that the iFrame option renders the code as expected, however I’d still like to resolve the javascript issue…

  • If this is for a single page, you could try adding the code to a custom page template.

It’s definitely an option, thanks for the suggestion! 🙂 Unfortunately tho it’s far too time consuming as I’ve never attempted anything like it before (I literally have 2 hours a day to get all my online work done, as well as address some personal stuff, so I wouldn’t be able to commit enough time into the learning curve)…
