I upgraded to version 2.7, now I cannot find where the plugins are so I can activate or manage them, The dashboard is so basic, where would you find where to do this, I click on admin and it is only my profile.

In you admin area, left side, called Plugins. Or, if you menu is collapsed it looks like an electrical plug. Just click it.
