Could someone take a gander at my site - I haven't had any problems like this ever, I have done nothing with the site for days, it's been fine all day, and suddenly when I refresh it looks like this!
Even a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Ask your host about the message. This bit in particular suggests that there is a limit set, and your site has gone over it:
User 'pinacleo_wp_1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

It was the server - the host corrected the MYSQL error and it's good now. This should be connected to the following thread. A good friend directed me to it in my panic.
