count per post problem

Hi,

I want to count the hits per post, so I came up with this plugin: http://djuki.padrino.co.yu/blog/razno/countposts-v-10-wordpress-plugin/

But… Using wp 2.0.4, every time the page is refreshed, the hit counter for all the items is incremented.
I only want it to increment when someone hits: read more

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Or, maybe, someone knows a better plugin?
